Well, for 23 years, I was a high school English teacher. But my world changed in 2010 when I met the man who is now my husband. I resigned from my tenured teaching position and moved out of state. So . . . what now?? 

I had NO idea what to do. I was a teacher – I didn’t know anything else. Plus I was older, and schools wanted younger teachers who were fresh out of college and lower on the pay scale.

In the midst of my panic, my husband sent me a link, asking “What about this?” The link connected me to a Barefoot Consultants® course on freelancing. I was uncertain at first but ultimately decided to give it a try. And that was when my freelancing journey began!

When I discovered Barefoot Consultants® and began using the methods that Winton taught, I created a portable income that allowed me to work from anywhere with a Wi-Fi connection. Wherever I go, my work can come with me.

Now, in addition to being a top-rated freelance editor working with authors all over the globe, I’m a Barefoot Consultants® Certified Coaching Professional, coaching people like you who want to freelance successfully online.  

My specialty is working with professionals who are either new to freelancing or who have tried it on their own and had no success. I’m committed to helping you learn how to use the skills and knowledge you already have to earn a portable income and work online from anywhere in the world.
